Need to park something?

Per our CC&Rs (Article IV, Section 10.D), boats, boat trailers, house trailers, RVs, trucks, and similar large vehicles may not be stored on a residential lot unless placed in a garage or in a space approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), located behind the building setback line. Street parking overnight is also limited to private family automobiles.

If you'd like to park a boat, RV, or other large vehicle on your property beyond what's normally allowed, please fill out and submit a request using the form below. We just ask for a heads-up so the ACC can review it — this helps keep the neighborhood consistent and fair for everyone.

Boat, RV & Large Vehicle Parking Request Form

Our ACC is a group of volunteer neighbors, so we appreciate your patience while your request is reviewed. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out — we're glad to help you find a solution that works.

Want to volunteer?

Greyhawk Ridge is run entirely by volunteer neighbors — the Board of Directors, the Architectural Control Committee, the Activities Committee, and the Welcoming Committee are all made up of residents just like you, giving their time to help keep our community running smoothly.

We're always looking for neighbors willing to pitch in, whether that's a regular committee role or just lending a hand for a specific event or project. No experience necessary — just a willingness to help out where you can.

If you're interested in getting involved, reach out and let us know what you're interested in and how much time you have to give. We'll help find the right fit.
