Planning a project?

If you are contemplating making plans for a new structure, changes to existing structures, fences, paint color/stain changes, hedges, swimming pools, spas, rockeries, concrete, and masonry walls to be constructed within your property, all need to be approved by the Greyhawk ACC before the work can begin.

If you need to park a boat, RV, trailer, or other large vehicle on your property longer than what's normally allowed under our CC&Rs, that also requires ACC approval — please see our Boat, RV & Large Vehicle Parking page for details and the request form.

The ACC is made up of volunteer neighbors who give their time to help keep Greyhawk Ridge looking its best — they're happy to work with you, so please reach out early and allow a little time for a response. Remember, you must submit your plans to the ACC 30 days in advance of starting any work.

Greyhawk Ridge is run entirely by volunteer neighbors — the Board of Directors, the Architectural Control Committee, the Activities Committee, and the Welcoming Committee are all made up of residents just like you, giving their time to help keep our community running smoothly.

We're always looking for neighbors willing to pitch in, whether that's a regular committee role or just lending a hand for a specific event or project. No experience necessary — just a willingness to help out where you can.
